We are looking for a confident Healthcare Support Worker with a passion for making a difference to others.

You’ll be working Part time 30 Hours per week (e.g. 5 days per week), of 6 hour shifts at different times to suit service needs – may include days/nights and weekends, to help lead activities in the main service and external social hub) at Cygnet Adarna House, helping provide a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.

Cygnet Adarna House is our rehabilitation service for men with mental illness and a secondary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Supporting nine men, we provide a homely and community facing environment for individuals who are preparing for community life, but need further support to move to more independent living.

Your Day-to-Day…

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
