Description

• Salary of £72,000 - £80,000

Profile

• Significant leadership experience within funding, data, MIS or business intelligence functions.
• Strong knowledge of FE and/or HE funding methodologies and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing audits, regulatory returns and complex reporting environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A proven track record of delivering strategic change and organisational improvement through data and insight.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance within a large and complex organisation.
• A collaborative, innovative and commercially aware approach, combined with a passion for delivering positive outcomes.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £63,900 to £78,100, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position in a Bradford-based organisation.
