Customer Service Specialist - #2154373

We are working with a manufacturing company who are based in Bradford and are looking to appoint a Customer Service Specialist to join their busy team on an ongoing, temporary basis. As an experienced Customer Service Specialist, you will be managing a portfolio of clients and supporting with all day to day calls and enquiries, this fully office based role is to start immediately and requires the successful candidate to be involved with;

• Acting as the key point of contact for all customer enquiries
• Work across departments to ensure goods are shipped in a timely manner
• Handling customer requests
• Support with any ad hoc requests relating to the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team within a fast paced and energetic setting. Although this role is temporary, there is a possibility this role will become permanent, the successful candidate will have;

• Excellent customer Service skills
• A proven background within supply chain
• Experience of working within a manufacturing setting
• Proficient in Microsoft office packages, especially Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Good communication skills with a courteous and professional manner
• Comfortable working with high volumes of numerical data
