Are you a Project Manager looking to join a well-established and rapidly growing engineering business where you will play a key role in managing HVAC installation projects and be the go-to person for all technical project relations?

Do you want to join a company that invests in its people, and gives you the opportunity to manage ventilation, air conditioning and general HVAC installation projects from order through to completion while working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams across projects throughout the UK?

This role would suit a Project Engineer, Project Manager or similar with experience managing HVAC installation projects, strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills who is looking for a varied role with opportunities for training and progression.

In this role, the successful candidate will manage projects from receipt of order through to handover and commissioning, control project finances, manage variations and subcontractors, monitor site progress, attend client meetings, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

The Role:

• Managing HVAC installation projects from order through to completion
• Carrying out site surveys and providing information for working drawings
• Attending site meetings with clients and managing customer relationships
• Conducting toolbox talks, health & safety audits and ensuring compliance
• Nationwide travel with occasional overnight stays required
• Full UK driving licence required

The Person:

• Project Engineer, Project Manager or similar background
• Previous experience managing ,M&E/HVAC installation projects
• Full UK driving licence
