Conveyancing Assistant – Residential Property
Location: Bradford City Centre
Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy and well-established Residential Property team based in Bradford city centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid residential conveyancing experience who is confident supporting transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completion. Working closely alongside a Conveyancer, you will provide both administrative and paralegal support while helping to deliver a high standard of service to clients.

The Role As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support the day-to-day management of a busy residential property caseload.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting correspondence and appropriate legal documentation
• Issuing sales contracts
• Opening and closing client files
• Undertaking and issuing searches on purchase matters
• Dealing with pre-exchange searches and post-completion registrations
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other third parties
• Keeping clients regularly updated on the progress of their matters
• Handling telephone enquiries and taking messages where appropriate
• Assisting with financial transactions relating to client matters
• Preparing client bills
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and records
• Supporting the wider Residential Property team as required
