Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) – Bradford, West Yorkshire – Up to £28.00 per hour

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver safe, high-quality clinical care and lead the wider care team, ensuring residents' needs are met in line with their individual care plans. Your responsibilities may include:

• Carrying out clinical assessments and developing individual care plans
• Administering medication safely and in line with NMC guidelines
• Leading, supervising and supporting Healthcare Assistants and junior staff
• Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
• Responding to changes in residents' conditions and escalating appropriately
• Following safeguarding, infection control and care quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Current NMC registration (RGN/RN) with a valid PIN
• A minimum of 12 months' UK experience as a Registered Nurse; care home or nursing home experience is preferred
• A valid, up-to-date DBS check, or willingness to complete one
• Strong clinical, communication and leadership skills
• A caring, reliable and professional approach to work
• Flexibility to work across different services in Bradford and the wider West Yorkshire area
• The right to work in the UK
