£55,000 starting salary | Up to £65,000

We’re recruiting for a Registered Manager to join an established company and lead a 4-bed EBD children’s home, recently rated Good in all areas by Ofsted.

Currently supporting two young people, this is an opportunity to build on the home’s recent inspection success and shape its next chapter. The current manager is leaving to establish their own home.

You’ll lead the staff team, maintain high standards of safeguarding and care, and create a nurturing environment where young people feel safe, valued and supported.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Leadership experience within children’s residential care
• Experience supporting young people with EBD
• A Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or are close to completing it
• Ideally, experience of an Ofsted inspection
• A child-centred approach and the confidence to lead a home
