TikTok Live Presenter/Sales Host - #2165187

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, charismatic and engaging TikTok LIVE Host to represent our perfume business and showcase our fragrance collection through live shopping sessions.

You will be responsible for hosting entertaining and interactive TikTok LIVE streams, demonstrating our perfumes, engaging with viewers and converting audience interest into sales. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to communicate, build rapport with an audience and create an exciting shopping experience that keeps viewers watching and encourages them to purchase.

Previous experience with TikTok LIVE, live selling or sales is an advantage, but we are also open to candidates with the right personality, confidence and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

• Host TikTok LIVE sessions: Present and promote our perfume collection through regular, engaging live streams.
• Drive sales: Encourage purchases by highlighting fragrance notes, scent profiles, longevity, value for money and the unique qualities of each perfume.
• Engage with viewers: Respond to comments, answer questions, interact with potential customers and build a loyal audience.
• Showcase products: Demonstrate fragrances, explain their characteristics and help customers find scents suited to their preferences, occasions and budgets.
• Create an exciting atmosphere: Use storytelling, product comparisons, fragrance recommendations and promotional offers to maintain viewer interest.
• Maximise conversions: Promote special offers, bundles and limited-time deals while encouraging viewers to purchase during live sessions.
• Build brand awareness: Represent the business professionally and communicate our brand identity consistently.
• Monitor performance: Work towards sales targets and improve engagement, viewer retention and conversion rates.
• Stay up to date: Keep up with TikTok trends, live shopping features and fragrance-related content to improve the quality of our streams.
• Prepare for live sessions: Familiarise yourself with products, pricing, stock availability and upcoming promotions before going live.

Requirements

• Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking on camera for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage an audience naturally.
• A positive, energetic personality with a genuine interest in perfumes, fragrances or beauty products.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to turn viewer interest into purchases without being overly pushy.
• Ability to think on your feet, respond to questions and maintain energy throughout a live stream.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working towards performance targets.
• Willingness to learn about our products and develop an understanding of different fragrance profiles.

Desirable but not essential:

• Previous experience hosting TikTok LIVE sessions or other live-streaming platforms.
• Experience in retail, beauty, fragrance, telesales or customer-facing sales.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and live shopping tools.
• An existing social media presence or experience creating short-form video content.
