WE'RE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER | HEALTHCARE / PHARMACY

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum

Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

Permanent | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join a growing healthcare organisation that provides clinical pharmacy and prescribing support services to GP practices and NHS partners.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of these services, ensuring teams are well managed, performance targets are achieved and high standards of service delivery are maintained.

You will be responsible for leading and developing teams, monitoring KPIs, improving operational processes and building strong relationships with healthcare partners.

This is an operational management position, not a clinical pharmacist role, so a pharmacy qualification is not required.

We welcome applications from experienced managers within pharmacy, primary care and wider healthcare settings, including nursing homes and residential care services, who can demonstrate strong leadership, operational management and performance improvement experience.

The Role:

Oversee day-to-day clinical and non-clinical operations

Lead, manage and develop high-performing teams

Monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements

Ensure quality, compliance and governance standards are maintained

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Support workforce planning, service development and business growth

Use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For:

Proven operations or service management experience within healthcare or a related setting

Strong people management and leadership skills

Experience managing KPIs and delivering measurable results

Understanding of primary care structures and PCNs

Confident using data and reporting to improve performance

Experience within pharmacy, primary care or wider healthcare settings is highly desirable
