Salary: £30,000 - £38,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who provide award-winning design services to commercial projects across the UK and internationally. They are currently on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join their Bradford studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Manage and deliver on a range of commercial projects
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
• Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD is desirable
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
• Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations within a UK practice
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Bradford area
