Accounts Dept Administrator - Bradford BD4

£26400 pa - 37.5 hours per week - subject to salary increases 

Full benefits package - perm role - immediate start

On behalf of Our Client we are looking for a credible and experienced Accounts Dept Administrator from any background:

Main Duties 

Working within a team of administrators the candidate  will have responsibilities for admin jobs within the department in addition to some of the credit control function.

• Process customer invoices and credits on a daily / weekly basis
• Process customer statements and marketing updates on a monthly basis
• Receipt new account forms ensuring correct completion
• Obtain audit information as required
• Receive, balance, enter & bank payments
• Allocate payments
• Reconcile accounts
• Deal with queries / PODs / correspondence etc. Follow up as required
• Follow up overdue accounts by letter & phone & email
• Liaise with sales force & internal staff re overdue accounts, queries & other matters as necessary
