Salary: £32-36,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice that provides a wide range of expertise to the transport and commercial sectors. They are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join their growing team in their Bradford studio.

Duties for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• Help deliver a range of commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and develop planning schemes through to detailed construction drawings
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
• Ensure the high-quality delivery of drawing packages
• Coordinate with consultants and contribute to project team meetings

Requirements for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

• ARB registration
• Relevant post-Part 3 or recently qualified experience within a UK practice
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD is desirable but not essential
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working on RIBA Stage 4
• Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
• Excellent drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Bradford area
