Logistics Coordinator

Location: Bradford

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Marmon Lift Recruitment is working with a specialist stairlift business in Bradford that is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, transport coordination, scheduling or administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You'll play a key role in coordinating deliveries, managing stock movements and ensuring the right equipment gets to the right place at the right time. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and engineers to ensure deliveries and installations are organised efficiently.

What you'll be doing

● Coordinating deliveries of stairlift equipment and components.

● Liaising with suppliers, couriers, engineers and internal teams to ensure timely

deliveries.

● Monitoring stock levels and tracking orders to ensure equipment is available when

needed.

● Organising delivery schedules and coordinating logistics around installation dates.

● Tracking shipments and resolving any delivery delays or discrepancies.

● Maintaining accurate records of orders, deliveries and stock movements.

● Supporting the team with general logistics administration and ensuring processes run

efficiently.

What we're looking for

● Previous experience in logistics, coordination, scheduling or administration.

● Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

● Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

● The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

● A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving logistical issues.

● Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.

Experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, engineering or the installation industry would be advantageous, although candidates with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
