Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations at DXB Perfume in the UK. This pivotal role involves managing inventory, streamlining logistics, and ensuring the efficient handling of our luxury perfume collections to uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety.
• Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Manage logistics and transportation activities, including shipping and receiving.
• Coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on key indicators.
• Qualifications
• Proven supervising experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to implement process improvements.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and 3PL providers.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
