VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

BRADFORD, WEST YORKSHIRE | BASIC SALARY UP TO £47,000 | £5,000 PERFORMANCE BONUS | £4,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting experienced Vehicle Technicians at various levels for an exciting opportunity within an established premium franchised dealership in Bradford.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fantastic opportunity for Vehicle Technicians looking to join a successful workshop environment, with opportunities available across different technical levels, from Prep Technician through to Master Technician.

Basic salaries are available up to £47,000 depending on experience and technician level, alongside an additional £5,000 performance bonus opportunity and a generous £4,000 sign-on bonus.

The sign-on bonus is paid in two instalments, with £2,000 paid in your first month and a further £2,000 after 13 months.

You'll also benefit from manufacturer-specific training and development, including EV and electrical training, with structured accreditation pathways to support your technical progression.

THE PACKAGE

THE ROLE

Depending on your experience and technical ability, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Completing routine and complex technical repairs.
• Working with modern diagnostic equipment and vehicle technology.
• Carrying out vehicle health checks and identifying additional work.
• Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and first-time-fix quality.
• Following manufacturer procedures and workshop standards.
• Working effectively alongside the wider workshop team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Recognised Level 3 Light Vehicle qualification or equivalent.
• Current hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own set of tools.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• A professional approach with good attention to detail.

MOT Tester status and previous main-dealer or manufacturer experience would be advantageous but are not essential.
