More about your role


You will be responsible for the effective internal communication of the group's digital transformation programmes. This includes a significant change programme involving new systems and ways of working which will unlock efficiency and more importantly improve customer and colleague experiences.


Delivering and managing activities such as audience and stakeholder mapping, defining key messages, planning the overall communication approach, creating specific communication plans, and designing and delivering compelling and engaging communications across a variety of channels and audiences. You'll need to cooperate with others on the programme team and within the larger group in order to do this.

More about you


You will already have experience of planning and managing internal communication activity, preferably during a period of change or growth. Ideally you will have knowledge and interest in a customer service orientated business that works at pace, and an ability to distil complex and varied information to colleagues at all levels. You will need excellent writing and content creation skills and be able to understand detailed business requirements and turn these into clear copy using plain English.


At interview you should be able to evidence communication campaigns and activity you have led, designed and implemented which have delivered business results. In addition, the ability to work collaboratively across a large number of departments with multiple stakeholders will also be required to make this role a success.
