We are recruiting for a People Specialist - Early Careers to join our People team in Hilmore.
You’ll help to manage the recruitment of c.100 Graduates and Degree Apprentices each year including all aspects from attraction to onboarding and welcoming these Early Careers colleagues to the business.
This will involve working with our resourcing partner, coordinating assessment centres and final interviews, dealing with day to day enquiries and providing ongoing support to our graduates and apprentices whilst they are on our schemes. To support you with this you will line manage and support graduates and degree apprentices who join the team on placement. You will also support Corporate Graduates and Degree Apprentices on scheme.
In addition the role includes supporting the Early Careers manager to maintain successful relationships with our key universities.

- Proven experience in volume resourcing
- Understanding of early careers schemes across Morrisons
- Excellent planning and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong project management capabilities, problem solving skills and ability to multitask
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively and at pace under pressure
- Strong analytical skills, able to transfer and analyse recruitment data into meaningful change
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team, including teams across all of the business
- Proactive attitude and willingness to develop own skill set and knowledge through coaching, feedback, and on the job training
- You’ll hold a full clean driving licence and have the flexibility to travel when necessary
