Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
In this role, provides a critical link between Epta customer requirements and internal downstream departments and processes. The Channel Coordinator operates within a workflow where timing and communication are crucial in the communication, processing and handling of information support the on time in full delivery of a projects to a broad range of customers. The Channel Coordinator interacts with the UK & Ireland Channel (“pillar”) team, working closely with the Channel Manager, Project Managers and local and shared administration teams.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
In this role, provides a critical link between Epta customer requirements and internal downstream departments and processes. The Channel Coordinator operates within a workflow where timing and communication are crucial in the communication, processing and handling of information support the on time in full delivery of a projects to a broad range of customers. The Channel Coordinator interacts with the UK & Ireland Channel (“pillar”) team, working closely with the Channel Manager, Project Managers and local and shared administration teams.
- Directly and indirectly communicating with customers, proving updates on orders, tracking shipments and gathering customer feedback.
- Creating quotations and updating internal systems.
- Administration of the stock process by ECommerce site updates, checking availability, assigning payments and assigning products customer site locations.
- Checking and communicating production lead times of equipment both locally and group wide.
- Placing and maintaining orders using internal systems.
- Communicating information and updates to the wider team.
- Processing site information and the creation to delivery workflow.
- Maintenance of customer portals, pricing agreements and delivery instructions
- The smooth flow of information between departments within the workflow.
- Occasional site visits with Channel or Project Manager
- Gathering of supporting information from active sites such as sign off documents.
- Closing of projects and the capture of project feedback.
- Experience in fast moving order fulfilment environments such as distribution and logistics.
- Operating in manufacturing environment advantageous.
- Demonstrated an ability to learn products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise your own workload.
- IT skills including MS package – Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience working with SAP (ability to interrogate stock & load sales orders) preferred
- Refrigeration knowledge is desirable but not essential (training & development provided)
- Good proven problem-solving skills, including the ability to use your own initiative.
- Ability to work with defined processes but able to identify improvements.
- Additional structured training and progression opportunities exist.
