Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with a leading employer in Bradford to recruit an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join their busy team.

Reporting into the lead Planner you will be expected to coordinate effectively & efficiently the day-to-day activities of a team of Field Service Engineers in a given Geography, ensuring customer requirements & SLA`s are achieved and exceeded.

Responsibilities

Receiving incoming calls and emails from customers for service and breakdown calls

Planning /scheduling and processing routine service/breakdown calls

Processing & Invoicing calls

Creating service plans.

Daily Communication with a small team of FSE

Quoting customer for additional works

Highlighting & forwarding opportunities to relevant depts

Maintaining & updating customer details on a CRM system

Coordination with others in the team to ensure efficient use of all FSE

Stock control for the FSE team

Proactive communication to service customers

The Person

Forward Planning, excellent communications skills, computer literacy, organisationalskills, teamwork, previous experience in a similar role beneficial but not essential.
