Missions and Authorities:
To support and maintain the implementation of the quality and hygiene management systems
Reduce the production of non-quality product through effective implementation of quality systems, standards and
procedures
Accountable for customer relationship management through effective complaints handling and problem resolution
General Activities:
Upholding quality standards and procedures in line with current accreditations
Regular review of existing procedures to ensure they meet current guidelines
Testing products to ensure they meet our customers quality criteria
Working with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on
quality standards throughout the supply chain
Lead customer driven activities & complaint resolution
Specific Activities:
Create and distribute company quality standards as required by the relevant accreditations
Accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing and enforcing policies and procedures
Train and motivate employees to ensure our quality standards are met
Develop quality assurance plans by managing production risks and implementing monitoring procedures (defect prevention through analysis of root causes)
Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and/or measuring product performance against them
Maintain and improve product quality and business compliance by completing relevant product and process audits (including but not limited to ISO and BRC requirements)
Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and trends
Professional skills and language :
1 (beginner) to 3 (expert) Level required:
Very good command of English 2
IT and productivity Softwares (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 3
Work Instructions, SOPs and quality document creation 3
Problem solving and complaints resolution 2
ISO 9001 & BRC audit conversant 2
