Interim Senior FP&A Accountant - #1669697

HW Finance is proud to be working exclusively with a leading international facilities management business headquartered in Leeds, to appoint an Interim Senior FP&A Accountant on a 3–6 month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role during a period of strategic transformation and global growth.

You'll be a key player in financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support for senior leadership across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
\t
• Produce high-quality, insight-driven board packs and present to senior stakeholders
\t
• Partner with finance and operational leaders across international entities
\t
• Deliver clear, actionable financial analysis to support business performance and strategy
\t
• Build and enhance financial models for scenario planning and forecasting
\t
• Contribute to business transformation projects, including process and systems improvements

Key Criteria:

\t
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a strong background in FP&A and commercial finance
\t
• Demonstrable experience creating and presenting board-level reporting
\t
• Advanced Excel skills – confident building financial models and dashboards
\t
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
\t
• Comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced, and change-oriented environments
\t
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) desirable
\t
• Exposure to multi-entity or international operations preferred
\t
• Available immediately or on short notice
\t
• Sector experience in facilities management or B2B services is a plus
