Housing Support Worker - Bradford & Leeds

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals to maintain their independence and secure stable housing? We are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker to cover two sites, one in Bradford and one in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide housing-related support to individuals, helping them maintain tenancies and develop essential life skills.
• Deliver person-centered support plans in collaboration with other agencies and partners.
• Assist with tenancy readiness training and practical advice to prevent eviction.
• Travel regularly between the Bradford and Leeds sites to provide consistent support.
  
  

Requirements

• Full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the need to cover two locations.
• Experience working with people with complex needs, including homelessness, substance misuse, or domestic abuse, is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Flexibility to work outside standard office hours occasionally.
• Good computer literacy and ability to manage case notes and support plans.
