About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and skilled Legal Counsel with a strong focus on licensing and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will provide legal support across various business functions while ensuring the company meets its regulatory obligations in multiple jurisdictions. You will play a key role in managing licensing activities and act as a liaison with regulators and external counsel.

Key Responsibilities:Provide legal guidance with a primary focus on regulatory compliance and licensing. Support the wider Legal, Compliance & Risk (LCR) function in areas such as commercial contracts, data protection, and general compliance. Oversee and manage communication with regulatory authorities.

Coordinate and supervise the work of external legal counsel. Lead efforts to obtain new licenses globally and ensure ongoing compliance with existing licensing requirements. Perform other related duties as reasonably required.

What You’ll Bring:Strong understanding of licensing frameworks and regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions. Experience working in a legal role within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
