AJ Chambers are working with a highly established Accountancy Firm who provide first class accounting and taxation service to businesses and organisations.The firm has an exciting opportunity for a stand alone Co Sec Assistant to join the firm, which will be Full time 4 days in the office and 1 from home.The main duties will include but not limited to:Offering first-class contact with clients, either in person or by telephone
Preparing and filing all Company Secretarial documents and changes
Preparing payroll records for sole director companies
Undertake all Company Secretarial work required for clients, including incorporations, director changes, share changes, Confirmation Statements, Share for Share Exchanges, adding new clients to the Company Secretarial software and any other Company Secretarial duties required;Filing and scanning all Company Secretarial documents as required
The successful candidate will be experienced in Companies House Fillings and be highly organised working with Clients on a daily basis
The role will offer a salary up to £35,000 with excellent benefits package including Free Gym access, Early finish Friday and hybrid working.Please contact Ella Britton for further information
