Glens Falls Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Evening Shift in Glens Falls, NY. We are now offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus!
Responsibilities: Collect required information from new Residents for admission
Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature
Administer medications and injections as needed
Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required
Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements: Ability to work as part of a team
Valid LPN State license
Good standing with State Registry
