Role Overview - Project and Event Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Project and Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of events, partnerships, and business development activities. This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary role ideal for someone who is organised, digitally skilled, and passionate about delivering meaningful, high-quality experiences across live and digital platforms
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Project & Event Support
Support the delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events on-site and online
Use digital platforms to manage hybrid and online events
Assist with the technical setup and smooth operation of events, including AV and production systems
Work with CRM systems, marketing tools, and analytics dashboards
Participate in creative decision-making, planning, and implementation of projects
Ensure excellent client and attendee experiences
Provide operational, logistical, and administrative support throughout project lifecycles
Help with the creation of schedules, cue sheets, documentation, and post-event reports
Business Sales, Partnerships & Marketing
Drive the sales and marketing of Imagine X Global products and services to new and existing accounts
Promote events across social media platforms and coordinate delegated campaigns
Source new prospects, providing service, sponsorship, and exhibition opportunities
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, securing sponsorships and partnerships aligned to event goals
Prepare compelling proposals, tenders, and contracts to support the sales process
Support the delivery of commercial objectives and personal targets
Contribute to the company’s business development strategy with a consultative sales approach
Use CRM systems to log and manage pipeline opportunities and client communication
What May Make You Suitable for the Role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience or passion for proactive B2B/B2C networking
Awareness of corporate and global markets, particularly within events, health, education, or the creative industries
Confident working with Microsoft Office and cloud-based digital tools
Interest in hybrid/virtual event platforms and technical production (including AV/streaming)
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to work evenings and weekends during key events
Ability and flexibility to travel in the UK and internationally when required
Looking for a challenge with aspirations for long term development within the company
Clean driving licence (desirable)
