We are delighted to partner with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bradford who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team starting April 1st
In this role you will: Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs, both individually and in small groups, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential
Work closely with the class teacher to create a positive and stimulating learning environment that caters to individual learning styles and fosters a love of learning
Implement strategies and interventions designed to support pupil's academic, social, and emotional development
Build strong and trusting relationships with pupils, acting as a positive role model and building their confidence and self-esteem
Collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure consistent and holistic support for pupils
Key qualities and experience: A genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs and a commitment to inclusive education
Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting
A strong understanding of different learning styles and the ability to differentiate learning activities to meet individual needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents
Patience, empathy, and a positive and proactive approach to supporting pupil's learning and well-being
