To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team based in our London office
Key Responsibilities
Liaising with all relevant couriers regarding collections, deliveries, and or diversion of shipments when required
Ensuring the correct teams have all relevant information from all sites i.e. reference numbers & paperwork of shipments
Monitoring domestic and international daily deliveries
Submitting all samples to the relevant databases for inventory management, informing the relevant teams of any amendments where necessary
Packing and processing high value and delicate items
Key Attributes
An interest in logistics and supply chain
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confident to deal with all levels of staff across the business
Ability to work both autonomously and under direction
Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure to meet deadlines
Manages and prioritises tasks effectively
Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Strong work ethic
Must be efficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, Fashion GPS
