Site Manager (Fit-out)Up to £55k Basic Salary + Overtime + Vehicle/Car Allowance & Attractive Benefits PackageNationwide JOIN A LEADING HIGHLY REGARDED FIT-OUT CONTRACTORWorking on a nationwide basis within the operational team of this well established, award winning, cash rich national fit-out contractor - This position for a Site Manager comes due to growth and a result of successfully completed projects with some of the largest food/non-food retailers in the UK.Reporting to a contract/account manager, the role will be to take autonomous responsibility from contract win through to handover of fit-out projects – fast track / refresh / rollout / full fit-out in the food / non-food sector – mainly in a live environment. As a Site Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including store managers, agents, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to fulfil project objectives, scope, and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to contract terms, project plans, and quality standards.
- Ensure strict Health & Safety protocols are being adhered to
- Maintain open communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, changes, and potential impacts.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors & suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
