What you'll be doing:Designing and delivering high-quality HV training programmes (SAP, AP, Electrical Awareness)Facilitating training sessions at Rosa's workshop and client sites across the UKEnsuring all training materials meet industry regulations and safety standards
Maintaining and improving training tools, including simulators and assessment resources
Collaborating with teams to develop tailored training proposals
What we want from you:Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Qualified as a Senior Authorised Person (SAP)IOSH or NEBOSH certification
Minimum 5 years' experience in an operational environment within the power sector
Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and theory
