Credit Controller | Bradford | £30,000 - £33,000

We are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a successful and growing business based in Bradford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and relationship-focused credit professional who enjoys managing their own ledger, reducing aged debt, and supporting cash flow across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and collecting outstanding debt across a portfolio of customer accounts
• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment
• Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
• Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
• Producing aged debt reports and providing updates to management
• Working closely with internal teams to support effective cash collection
• Identifying and escalating potential credit risks
• Supporting continuous improvement within the credit control function

About You:

• Previous experience in a Credit Control role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident managing a busy workload and prioritising effectively
• Proactive approach with a focus on achieving results
