We're working with a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of advanced materials and plastics manufacturing, seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead site performance and deliver operational excellence.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production. You'll lead cross-functional teams, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.

About You

• Proven experience in a manufacturing operations management role in process-led environments
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience in chemical or advanced materials manufacturing environments
• Sound understanding of health & safety and regulatory compliance
• Track record of delivering continuous improvement and operational performance gains
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with manufacturing systems (ERP/MRP)
