Payroll Specialist 12 Months FTC - #2142230

Delighted to be working alongside a great business who are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a 12-month FTC. This is a fantastic chance to bring your expertise into a fast-paced, supportive environment where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate payroll services.

Key Responsibilities

• End to-end payroll processing for all colleagues, including reconciliation of salaries, pensions and benefit GLs
• Acting as an SME for technical payroll escalations, resolving queries in line with policy and legislation
• Delivering accurate monthly payrolls, HMRC submissions, year-end tax activity (P60, P11D, benefit statements) and finance reporting
• Completing monthly tasks including FPS submissions, payslips/P45s, auto-enrolment duties and pension uploads
• Providing timely responses to payroll and pension queries to ensure a great colleague experience

About You

• Excellent knowledge of Oracle HCM
• Confidence handling complex pay, pension and HMRC queries
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to identify process efficiencies and implement improvements
• Strong organisational skills to manage varied daily tasks
