Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias - #2155405

Questech Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturing business in Bradford who are looking for an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.

Location: Bradford
Salary: £52,000 per annum
Shift: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights

The Role

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on manufacturing machinery

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults

• Working with motors, sensors, inverters, contactors and control systems

• Basic PLC fault finding

• Carrying out PPMs to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability

• Responding quickly to breakdowns to keep production running

• Supporting continuous improvement and engineering projects

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures

The Candidate

• Experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Strong electrical bias

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment

• Recognised engineering qualification – ideally NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent

• Confident with electrical fault finding

• Good mechanical maintenance knowledge

• Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern
