We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our M&S site in Bradford. You will play a pivotal role in validating productivity assumptions, driving operational efficiency, and supporting budget planning across both Retail and Ecommerce operations. Working closely with Operations, Finance, and Continuous Improvement teams, you'll use work study methodologies, data analysis, and process improvement techniques to ensure productivity measures are accurate, sustainable, and commercially robust. This role offers exposure to a wide range of operational areas and the opportunity to directly influence business performance and future growth.

  • Review, validate, and update productivity assumptions based on current performance and business requirements
  • Analyse operational, layout, and process changes to determine their impact on productivity, cost KPIs, and service performance
  • Support Continuous Improvement projects by validating process enhancements, efficiencies, and time-saving opportunities
  • Identify waste within operational processes and recommend solutions that improve performance, productivity, and customer outcomes

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Knowledge of industrial engineering, work study methodologies, PMT systems, and productivity measurement techniques
  • Experience applying Lean tools and continuous improvement principles to operational environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and build productivity models
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships across the business
