Email Marketing & Automation
- Plan and develop targeted email campaigns.
- Build audience segmentation strategies using CRM and customer data.
- Create and optimise customer journeys and automated nurture campaigns.
- Use analytics and campaign insights to improve future performance.
Content Creation & Brand Communications
- Produce engaging content for email, web, social media and marketing materials.
- Develop case studies, success stories and thought-leadership content.
- Brief and collaborate with creative partners on video, photography and design projects.
- Support PR activity, product launches and industry communications.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track campaign success against key objectives and KPIs.
- Analyse engagement, lead generation and conversion data.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrate how marketing activity contributes to wider business goals.
Events & Exhibitions
- Support the planning and delivery of industry exhibitions and customer events.
- Coordinate suppliers, marketing collateral and event logistics.
- Manage pre-event and post-event promotional activity.
- Measure event success and return on investment.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years' marketing experience within a commercial B2B environment or agency.
