Digital Marketing Manager - #2174193

We’re looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth and multi-channel marketing strategy for a scaling Ecommerce business.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong track record of driving product sales through e-commerce and increase retention.

You’ll take ownership of onsite customer experience, paid media, SEO and digital campaigns, working closely with Brand and Developer teams, as well as Digital agencies.

The Role:

• Manage an agency to optimise Meta and Google Ads, including Shopping, Performance Max, Search and retargeting.
• Manage HubSpot/Klaviyo CRM, including email, SMS, segmentation and automated customer journeys.
• Develop campaigns around product launches, promotions and key trading periods.
• Identify opportunities to improve website conversion, customer retention and online revenue.
• Track and report on key commercial and marketing KPIs.
• Manage external agencies/freelancers where required.

The Person:

• DTC e-commerce experience.
• Significant ecommerce leadership experience within a consumer-facing business.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue and trading performance.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, digital analytics and conversion optimisation.
• Strong commercial understanding and customer retention.
