Bradford | £26,437 + Monthly Bonus | Hybrid Working

We're recruiting for a Retail Support Associate to join a well-established British equestrian brand, offering an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, sales and equestrian products.

This is a varied, customer-focused role where you'll support customers throughout their journey, handling enquiries and complaints, processing orders and providing product advice. You'll play an important part in delivering excellent customer care, building strong customer relationships and helping drive sales across a range of equestrian, pet and leisurewear products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer complaints from initial contact through to resolution.

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and in writing, keeping customers updated on order progress.

• Providing product advice and promoting products, memberships and associated benefits.

• Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems.

• Identifying complaint trends and sharing feedback to help improve products and customer experience.

• Supporting sales activity and the wider customer service team during busy periods.

• Handling sensitive customer situations with empathy, professionalism and care.

About you:

You'll have previous sales or telesales experience, alongside a strong understanding of customer service principles and a genuine passion for delivering a positive customer experience. Knowledge of equestrian products is highly desirable, ideally with experience as a horse rider or owner.

You'll be a confident communicator with excellent listening skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is important, alongside the confidence to think on your feet, make decisions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary and benefits:

• £26,437 basic salary.

• Monthly bonus payable following successful completion of a four-month probation period.

• Hybrid working: three days in the office and two days working from home.

• Working hours of 9am-5pm.
