Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of expertise to the transport and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their growing team in their Bradford studio.

Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Help deliver on a range of commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
- Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
- Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Requirements for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
- Relevant post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
- Proficiency with ArchiCAD is desirable but not essential
- Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience working on RIBA stages 4
- Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
- Excellent drawing and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Bradford area
