As a Social Care Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
• Supporting individuals with their daily living activities.

• Assisting with meals, medication and appointments in line with care plans and training.
• Encouraging individuals to participate in activities and their local community.
• Building positive and trusting relationships with individuals and their families.
• Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding procedures.

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
