The Supply Register is working in partnership with Dixons Academies Trust to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Spanish Teacher for Dixons City Academy in Bradford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to secure a long-term teaching placement starting in January 2027. We welcome applications from experienced Spanish Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are confident delivering engaging language lessons.

You will teach Spanish across the secondary age range, helping students develop their language skills, confidence and understanding of Spanish-speaking cultures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Teaching Spanish across KS3 and KS4.

• Planning and delivering engaging Spanish language lessons.

• Developing students' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.

• Maintaining high standards of classroom and behaviour management.

• Assessing student progress and supporting positive learning outcomes.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching Spanish within a secondary school.

• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the MFL curriculum.

• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.

• A positive, adaptable and professional approach to teaching.

Experienced Spanish Teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.
