Laser Operator - #1654604

CNC Laser Operator required to work within a growing organisation in the heart of Bradford due to an influx in orders and company growth. This position offers the successful CNC Laser operator the chance to join a long-established engineering manufacturer, before they move into their new state of the art facility.

To be successful for this CNC Laser operator role you will ideally have worked with a Trumpf laser machine or have some working knowledge of similar machining principles. We would be happy to talk to any CNC machinist, press brake operator or punch operators who are willing to learn.

What's on offer for the CNC Laser operator

• Pay rate up to £15 per hour dependent on experience
• Working hours 8am - 5pm Mon - Thurs with a 2.30 pm finish on Friday
• Overtime paid 1.5 through the week and X2 on a Sunday
• 28 days holiday

Key Responsibilities as a CNC Laser Operator

• Setting up and preparing machines before and after production
• Overseeing the running of machines
• Ensuring products meet specification and match technical drawings
• Inspecting and maintaining quality control before and after production
• Maximise production on all machinery by organising and managing time well

To be successful in this CNC Laser Operator position:

• Have previous laser operating experience or working knowledge of CNC machinery. Full training will be provided.
• Be detail & quality control focused
• Be highly organised and time conscious
• Work to tight deadlines
