- Work with residents and colleagues to co-produce improvements and involve residents in shaping services.
- Gather, analyse and present resident feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and demonstrating impact.
- Build strong relationships with residents, colleagues and partners, sharing good practice and supporting effective engagement.
What you'll bring
- Experience of delivering resident or community engagement activities, with evidence of how your work has influenced positive change
- A good understanding of the social housing sector and relevant regulatory requirements, including the Regulator of Social Housing's Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard.
- Experience of engaging with diverse communities using inclusive and accessible approaches.

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A relevant degree, equivalent qualification or substantial practical experience.
Experience of supporting service improvements, using digital engagement tools or holding a relevant professional qualification would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
