English Literature/Language Teacher - #2154635

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in Bradford who are looking to appoint an English Teacher. The school provides an inclusive learning environment for students of different abilities, including pupils with SEND, with a focus on supporting academic progress and development.

The school is looking to take on an English Teacher for day-to-day or long-term work with an Immediate Start. The successful English Teacher will teach English Literature and/or English Language across KS3 and KS4, supporting students with GCSE and A Level preparation while adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• QTS with an English specialism (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching English Literature and/or English Language
• Experience teaching students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Experience supporting GCSE and A Level students
• Experience supporting children and young people with SEND
• Excellent classroom management and strong communication skills
